FREEMINDRONIC makes the packaged goods available at the foot of its company or factory. The customer carries out all administrative procedures related to customs and pays the associated taxes.

5 – Delivery

Consequences of the cancellation of the order:

In the event of cancellation of the order, FREEMINDRONIC will reimburse all the received payments including the expenses of delivery, if the product has not already been supported by the carrier. Otherwise, the refund will be made as a deduction from delivery costs. The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the customer’s decision to cancel the order when the product has not yet been picked up by the carrier or to count the date of receipt of the product by the customer. In case of exercise of the right of cancellation of the order, the deadline for the return of the amount paid by the consumers for the products is 14 calendar days.

The payment of returned items is in principle done with the same payment method used in the purchase.
