FREEMINDRONIC makes the packaged goods available at the foot of its company or factory. The customer carries out all administrative procedures related to customs and pays the associated taxes.
In principle, the customer chooses the transport logistics: what type, which company, which “shuttle” transport (from the factory to the main transport), which main transport, what types of insurance. All costs incurred are at their expense.
However, due to the constraints of mail order through an e-commerce site and in view of the customer’s interest, FREEMINDRONIC acts instead and on behalf of the customer and chooses a carrier to deliver the product. All costs related to shipping (logistics, packaging, preparation) are borne by the customer.

5 – Delivery
The principle is the obligation of the customer to show, at the time of delivery of his purchase, that the package is delivered by the carrier in good condition and that the product is not damaged. 6.1. Conditions of cancellation of an order

Consequences of the cancellation of the order:
In the event of cancellation of the order, FREEMINDRONIC will reimburse all the received payments including the expenses of delivery, if the product has not already been supported by the carrier. Otherwise, the refund will be made as a deduction from delivery costs. The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the customer’s decision to cancel the order when the product has not yet been picked up by the carrier or to count the date of receipt of the product by the customer. We reserve a refund period until receipt of the product. We will make the refund mentioned above using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction.
In the case where the product has been delivered before the receipt by FULLSECUE of the cancellation of the order, the customer must return the goods directly without delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date to which he notified us of his decision to cancel his order.

6.2. Refund

The deadline for reimbursement can vary between 3 and 12 days after the return received at FREEMINDRONIC. Once verified the status of returned items, the customer is informed by email.
In case of exercise of the right of cancellation of the order, the deadline for the return of the amount paid by the consumers for the products is 14 calendar days.
The payment of returned items is in principle done with the same payment method used in the purchase.
In the event that FREEMINDRONIC has mistakenly sent a product other than the one ordered, FREEMINDRONIC, once the error or defect is found, will proceed to a product exchange, all logistics costs will be the sole responsibility of FREEMINDRONIC.
