1.1. Condition incoterm
All of our product and service offerings are sold Ex Works (EXW incoterm). FMT SHOP’s sole obligation is to make its goods available outside its factory on a negotiated date. The buyer pays all transport costs, customs fees and bears the risks associated with transporting the goods to their final destination defined by the customer. This incoterm is valid for all types of transport. FMT SHOP has the sole responsibility to make available to the purchaser, the packaged goods, at the foot of his company or factory. The client ensures all administrative procedures related to customs, as well as the payment of these taxes: the declaration of goods to customs, the issuance of documents to the customs service for import and export, to finish the payment of taxes on imports and exports. The principle is that the customer chooses the logistics of transport: what type, what company, what transport “shuttle” (from the factory to the main transport), what main transport, what types of insurance. All costs incurred are his responsibility. However, due to the constraints of mail order through an e-commerce site and given the customer’s interest, FMT SHOP acts instead and on behalf of the customer and chooses a carrier to have the product delivered. The total cost of shipping (logistics, packaging, packaging, administrative costs) is set out in a flat-rate basis on the FMT SHOP website.

This list can be changed at any time without prior notice. People residing outside the list of countries available on one of the SHOP FMT sites are not eligible for an online shopping service. When the delivery address of the order is not in any of the countries or territories listed in the list of countries offered on one of the FMT SHOP sites.

* FMT SHOP a fait un effort pour montrer les couleurs des produits aussi proches de la réalité que possible. Cependant, la couleur sur l’écran peut être soumise à des variations en fonction de la qualité de votre écran d’ordinateur. En ce sens FMT SHOP ne peut pas garantir que les couleurs affichées sur votre écran soient conformes à la réalité.
Offres spéciales, promotions ou réductions seront valables jusqu’à la date indiquée sur le site web, ou jusqu’à épuisement des stocks.
De même, FMT SHOP met tout en œuvre pour faire en sorte que les informations contenues dans le site soient complètes, exactes et correctes.
La garantie fabricant des produits est offerte par FMT SHOP. La défense des consommateurs et des utilisateurs est régie par l’article 35 de la constitution Andorrane (http://www.wipo.int/edocs/lexdocs/laws/fr/ad/ad001fr.pdf).
FMT SHOP est responsable de l’absence de conformité des produits qui se manifestent dans les cinq ans suivant la livraison.
3.3 Purchasing procedure

No other form of payment specifically provided for in these terms and conditions of sale will be retained. Payment security is provided by the financial agency concerned, once it has verified that the data provided by the user is correct.
After the transaction is confirmed, an order number will be provided by the site itself so that the user can access this information at any time, and from his computer.
In addition, an automatic order confirmation message will be emailed to the address indicated by the user with a description of the order and personal data provided. The failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary communication problem or a typo in the email address provided. In both cases, FMT SHOP recommends that users contact Customer Service. Similarly, confirmation of the product will be emailed to the user.
3.4. Disponibilité des produits
All orders will be subject to product availability. If, at the time of issuing the order, we find that there is no stock in our warehouse of some of the products included in the order, FMT SHOP will try to locate the part or give the production order. In this case the customer will be informed immediately.
3.5. The right not to accept an order
FMT SHOP may cancel or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:
- In the event of a technical failure and/or a typographical error in prices or other data contained in the site during the order.
- Lack of availability or impossibility of manufacture as described in point 3.4.
- When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
- If there is reason to believe that the user is a minor.
- If FMT SHOP cannot deliver the order to the address indicated.
In this case, FMT SHOP will refund in full the amounts paid by the user.
4. Price and payment
Prices for this site are in euros.
FMT SHOP gives its users the ability to choose the destination country when they start their purchases so they can see product prices. If the customer changes the delivery address and the destination country is changed, the prices shown in the final order summary may vary.
For countries other than the Principality of Andorra, prices must be considered HT (excluding taxes). VAT can be requested directly from the buyer by the competent authorities of his department, territory, state and/or country (see 4.2 VAT).
Purchases are therefore billed in euros and payable only in euros.
The prices of the products listed on the site do not take into account the participation in the shipping and packaging costs.
The price is payable in full and in a single instalment at the time of purchase.
VAT, Taxes, Charges, Customs, and others
It is up to the buyer to check with the competent authorities the possibilities of importing products purchased under the law and rules of his department, territory, state and/or country of delivery.
Following a purchase made on the FMT SHOP website, additional taxes, royalties, customs duties and/or duties (e.g. VAT, local taxes, import duties, state taxes, etc.), imposed when the parcel reaches its destination, may be due by the buyer to the competent authorities or authorized intermediaries in the department, territory, state and/or delivery country whose address is not located in Andorra.
These taxes, royalties, customs duties and/or additional duties (e.g. VAT, local taxes, import duties, state taxes, etc.) related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the buyer and are the responsibility of the buyer, both in terms of declaration and payment to the relevant authorities and agencies of the department, territory, state and/or country of delivery concerned.
FMT SHOP is not required to verify and inform the purchaser of these applicable taxes, royalties, customs duties and/or duties (e.g. VAT, local taxes, import duties, state taxes, etc.).
To know them, the buyer is required to inquire beforehand with the competent authorities of his department, territory, state and/or country.
FMT SHOP accepts payment methods defined on the site such as credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express) via PayPal, bank transfers or cheques.

PayPal FMT SHOP
Payment accepts payment processing through the PayPal system.
Payment by bank transfer FMT SHOP accepts in principle payment by bank transfer. This payment method can be withdrawn at any time without notice. The payment received by wire transfer to the Fullsecure bank must correspond to the exact amount of the invoice. In fact, all issuer and receiver bank fees are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. For this method of payment, customers will receive the account number on which to make the payment. For reference, the customer must provide his order number and his full name. The customer has three days from the date he orders to make the payment and provide proof of the transfer order. The payment will only be considered to be made when the funds received at the FMT SHOP bank have become final without the possibility of appeal for annulment. If the time for proof of the transfer order is exceeded and/or FMT SHOP has not received the amount due, the order will be cancelled.
4.4 Payment security
To ensure maximum security of the payment system, FMT SHOP uses secure payment systems from financial institutions at the forefront of e-commerce. In this sense, confidential payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution concerned. For payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express, FMT SHOP transactions accept CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) with the international secure 3D protocol that is distinguished by the distinctiveness verified by Visa, American Express and MasterCard Secure Code Safekey. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to ensure security in Internet transactions. When you make payments via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically checks the credit card activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Then log in with the issuing bank, which asked to authorize the transaction via a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be made if the credit card bank confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
As a complementary measure to the “Secure Payment” system and to help prevent Internet fraud, FMT SHOP reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the customer and to take any measures it deems appropriate (including the cancellation of the order).
4.5 Purchase limite
FMT SHOP does not allow the purchase of its products for further resale. In this sense, orders may not exceed a value of 1,500 euros or contain more than 40 items. Customers who are interested in making purchases in excess of this amount or quantity for purposes other than resale must contact the Commercial Service. They will be informed about the various options to buy and/or distribute the desired products.
The principle is the customer’s obligation to have it found, at the time of delivery of the purchase, that the package is delivered by the carrier in good condition and that the product is not damaged. Otherwise, if the customer accepts the delivered product, he must issue a reservation on the delivery order. It can also refuse delivery by notifying the delivery voucher of the reason for the refusal. Otherwise, no liability can be incurred against FMT SHOP or the carrier.
The shipment of goods purchased on the FMT SHOP website is carried out by local and international carriers. The product will be delivered within the period defined by the carriers, the only one responsible for delivery times. Depending on our experience, the time frames can vary internationally between five and ten days from the date of shipment.
In principle, carriers have internet services that allow customers to track their order and indicate at any time where the product is in relation to its final destination.
The price of transport is calculated according to the method of shipping the selected and purchased parts. The exact price of the transport is calculated to include each item in the basket and will appear on the detailed page that summarizes the purchase before the customer confirms the order by clicking on the “Confirm payment” and before the introduction of the payment data.
In principle, it will not be possible to deliver products to post boxes or military bases.
Transportation costs can be changed at any time without notice. This change will apply as long as the change is included in the help pages and the contract published on this site. In all cases, these are valid and appear when ordering.
6. The return policy on new product not taken out of its original packaging
6.1. Order Cancellation Conditions
The customer has the right to cancel his order within 5 days of the date of the order, without justification.
The withdrawal period expires 5 days from the day the customer buys the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, the customer must explicitly unequivocally (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) notify FMT SHOP of its decision to renounce the order.

Consequences of cancellation of the order:
If the order is cancelled, FMT SHOP will refund all payments received including delivery costs, if the product has not already been taken care of by the carrier. Otherwise, the refund will be made in deduction of the delivery costs. The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of the customer’s decision to forgo the order when the product has not yet been taken care of by the carrier or from the date of receipt in return of the product by the customer. We reserve a refund period until the product is received. We will make the refund mentioned above using the same payment methods used by the customer for the initial transaction.
In the event that the product was delivered prior to Freemindtronic’s receipt of the cancellation of the order, the customer must return the goods directly without delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date on which he notified us of his decision to cancel his order.
In order to return the goods, the customer can, as far as possible, use the SHOP FMT services which will have an additional cost at the customer’s expense.
Once the products received Freemindtronic verifies that the product is new, unsurmed, untreated, not handled without precaution and that it is in its original packaging without damage. So that the product can be put back for sale.
The deadline for reimbursement can vary between 3 and 12 days after the return received at Freemindtronic. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer is notified by email.
If the right to cancel the order is exercised, the deadline for the return of the amount paid by consumers for the products is 14 calendar days.
The payment of returned items is in principle made with the same payment method used in the purchase.
In the event that Freemindtronic has mistakenly sent a product other than the one ordered, FMT SHOP, once the error or defect is found, will proceed with a product exchange, all logistics costs will be borne exclusively by FMT SHOP.
Customer data at the time of registration will be used only for FMT SHOP orders and to facilitate navigation and the ordering process on the site. In addition, in the event of express acceptance by the customer, the customer will be informed by e-mail of new products and services as well as exclusive offers from FMT SHOP.
FMT SHOP ensures that customer data will not be shared with third parties or companies outside of FMT SHOP.

7.1. Promotions/discount vouchers
FMT SHOP makes discount vouchers that are notified of their validity. They are valid for only one purchase per customer, not cumulative with other offers, promotions or discounts. These coupons are exclusive to new customers who have made their purchases online.
