Enterprise administrators can conceal information from users and establish access control criteria that do not require user knowledge. These criteria may include PIN codes, specific geographic zones, network BSSID, or QR code scanning, among other administrator-defined criteria.

Users are enabled to utilize, but not view or access, the data stored within the Keepser NFC Cold Wallet. Access to data is granted only when all authentication criteria and access conditions are fully met, allowing for operations such as seamless, contactless login to online accounts, autofilling private or public key fields, all without ever needing to know or input any usernames, passwords, or keys.

Additionally, the cloning and backup features between Keepser NFC Cold Wallets ensure a secure copy of the Keeps is maintained. The “factory reset” functionality allows companies to safely reassign a Keepser NFC Pro to new users, mitigating any security or privacy risks and thus enabling effective fleet management.
