Download the EviToken application on a new smartphone, pair your EviVault device and use it.

The EviVault can be used with all the smartphones having:
• NFC capability
• Android 4.4 or later versions.
• You can verify before buying EviVault if the EviToken app. is available on your smartphone Play Store list

To find out if your smartphone model is compatible with EviVault, you have several options.
The first is to log into Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps?hl=en and look for the EviToken app. If it appears without a message stating that “your smartphone is not compatible”, in principle your smartphone is compatible with the application EviToken.
In addition, it also means that your smartphone has NFC technology.
The second solution is to download the document in PDF format which shows you the list of all smartphones compatible with the EviToken application. This file was updated on 16/11/2019.

If you see a message like this, it seems that your smartphone is not compatible with the EviToken app.

You must check the following point:
  1. Your smartphone has NFC technology.
  2. Your version of Android is equal or greater than version 4.4 kitKat.
The display of parameters is different according to the models.

If “NFC” appears, it means that your smartphone has the NFC technology.

If “NFC” appears, it means that your smartphone has the NFC technology.

If you lose your EviVault, don’t worry. Anybody can access to the data stored in your device.

That’s why we recommend buying a second EviVault to make a backup copy if this problem should happen. Keep the backup in a safe place.

Be careful with the pairing key. It’s very important to keep it in a very safe place.

You need it for the first installation. Then you will need it if you change your phone and you need to pair your EviVault again.

If you lose your pairing key, you will not be able to use your EviVault. We will not be able to give you your pairing key, since it is destroyed in our database after the sale of the product. We are not responsible for any damage caused.

How to store cryptocurrency

How to share labels by messaging apps

A compressed or uncompressed address can be sent as a simple QR code whereas private keys can only be sent encrypted in RSA4096.

Secured sharing

You have to be very careful with your private keys. You must never show them to a third party. When you share private keys through EviToken application, your data are encrypted offline. The person whom you want to send your private key has created a RSA key with his own EviToken specific device (EviPro or EviOne.X). He send you the public key to encrypt the data. Nobody will be able to decrypt your crypto private key. Only the person who owns the RSA private key will be able to do it.

How to autofill crypto through the plugin

Cryptocurrencies data are automatically sent in the field. You just have to click in the fied and the data will appear.

How to define admin password

The admin password is one of the multi factors of authentication (MFA) of your EviVault device.
The pairing key is the first one.

Define admin access

What happens if I lose or do not remember my admin password?

If you lose your admin password you cannot access to your admin parameters. We cannot help you because we don’t know the admin password you chose. You have to keep it in a safe place.

We are not responsible for any damage caused.

The maximum length is 16 characters (numbers, letters, and specific characters) from ASCII table.
